俄军周二从多个方面袭击了主要城市，扩大了对乌克兰东北部第二大城市哈尔科夫的轰炸。经激烈战斗，南部一个港口城市被突破，其他几个城市可能已被包围。

俄罗斯也加强了对首都基辅的进攻，火箭周二袭击了该市的大屠杀纪念馆。一枚导弹也击中了城市附近的一个私人产房，房中所有人均已提前撤离。

与此同时，根据 Maxar Technologies 的卫星图像，一支 40 英里长的俄罗斯坦克、装甲车和牵引火炮车队驶向乌克兰首都。
